Scoil Treasa, Firhouse

Congratulations to Ms Emer Sweeney, captain of the Kilmacud Crokes Senior Ladies Football team who firstly won this year’s county final in Parnell Park in November.  Emer’s team went on to win the Leinster Final and were beaten after extra time in the All Ireland semi- final in early December.
Emer teaches 6th class and is coach to our girls’ football teams in Scoil Treasa.
She brought in the two cups to show the girls and encourage them to continue playing football.  Emer, herself started playing Gaelic football in her primary school.
We, in Scoil Treasa, are very proud of her achievements and look forward to her bringing in three trophies next year!
